REJINA PYO offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
